How do I use multi quote?

Click "Add Multi Quote" on all posts you wish to quote, then click "Add Reply".
How do I post web links to this site from another?
That depends on the site. Basically, you copy the URL from your adress bar (better leave out session information (;sesc=********************************), just in case) and then insert it into whatever method the site you want to publish the link at provides. The most common forms are BBCode, which goes like [url=LINK]LABEL[/url] or HTML, which is written <a href="LINK">LABEL</a>
Replace LINK with the copied address and LABEL with the text you want the link to appear as.
How do I post a link here to another site?

Use the BBCode example above. For instance,
Code: [Select]
[url=http://www.google.com/webhp]Search Engine that dominates the world[/url]yields
Search Engine that dominates the world.
We also have some buttons up there that will do it for you. The one you want looks like this:
That person in my Avatar picture? Mitsuo Yamaki from Digimon Tamers as he came to stop HYPNOS from blowing up.

Keep in mind, though, that you must be logged in to reach a lot of this site.  Other people shouldn't be able to see certain pages even if you have given them the correct link.

About multi quoting you can also insert quotes while composing your reply. Just look for the one you want to quote at the bottom part of the page when you're writing (only useful if you want to refer a comment posted recently) and click on "Insert Quote". That will insert the quote right in the place you have placed your writing cursor.

And for inserting a link, you may find useful the button "Insert Hyperlink", placed just under the underscored U.

Basically all you need to do is go on to the site you want to link, go up to the address bar, highlight every part of the address, then copy and paste into a reply on here

How do I quote articles on other web sites? Ex. quoting a news article.

Is posting a link to a video the same as posting a link to a web site?

Highlight the text of the article you want to quote and then copy and paste it between the "Insert Quote" link (this icon: )

Yes, same as you post a link to a website you have to use the "Insert Hyperlink" (this icon: ) to post a link to a video
